Hey my beautiful and God-loving people! 🌸
First of all, I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for always being here. Your love, your encouragement, and your hunger for God’s truth it keeps me going and fills me with so much gratitude! 🙏💕
Now today, I have something very interesting to share with you. It’s a revelation that came in the middle of a normal working day and you all know, I’m an HR by profession, right? So let’s just say… emails, resignation letters, and exit processes are kind of my daily bread. 😅
The Resignation That Preached to Me
So, this morning I received a resignation email from one of our team members. After a long and understanding conversation, we came to a mutual decision and accepted the resignation. As usual, I drafted a formal email that said something like:
"Your resignation has been accepted. Kindly begin the handover process with [so-and-so]. Your last working day will be [date]."
Pretty routine, right?
But then this is where it gets interesting.
Almost immediately, I got a reply from that person saying:
"Thank you so much for explaining the handover procedure. I’m extremely happy to complete this process."
That’s when it hit me.
In that moment, God used this ordinary HR task to speak something divine into my spirit.
Hold on. Let me take you deeper into this...
Have you ever read John 6 in the Bible? If not, let me take you there. In John 6:9 (Amplified Version) it says:
"There is a little boy here who has five barley loaves and two fish; but what are these for so many people?"
Read that again. Five small loaves and two small fish. It’s very clearly mentioned "small".
If the disciples had leaned only on their own logic, their own resources, their own understanding they would have failed miserably. But what made all the difference?
👉 The boy handed it over to Jesus.
The moment the 5 small loaves and 2 small fish came into the hands of Jesus, a miracle happened.
They didn’t worry. They didn’t calculate. They simply surrendered what they had, and God took over.
Now let’s come back to my HR moment.
The person who resigned what did he do? He handed over his responsibility to someone else. His workload, his stress, his accountability all passed on. And the moment that happened, he felt relieved. He was happy to move forward, knowing the burden wasn’t on him anymore.
And in that, God whispered to me:
“That’s what I want from you too. Hand over your burdens. Surrender your ‘resignations’ your worries, your impossibilities and let Me take care of it.”
So here’s the message, friends:
Maybe it's your job, your marriage, your finances, your future… and you’re exhausted trying to “HR-manage” it all by yourself.
That’s where the miracle begins.
Because without handing it over to Jesus, the miracle would not have been possible. Feeding 5,000 people with a small lunch? Impossible unless it was placed in the hands of Jesus. In the same way, unless you surrender your burdens, your fears, your confusion, and your emotions to Him, you cannot grow or survive in your worst situations. Just like that little boy trusted Jesus with his small offering, trust your Heavenly Father with your stress, your doubts, and your overwhelming thoughts. He knows what to do with them.
Just like that young boy. Just like that resigning employee.
Final Word from Your HR + Heaven Connection Buddy 😄
And let Him take over the responsibility.
Because once it’s in His hands, the multiplication begins.
Love you all! Stay blessed, stay surrendered, and let the miracle unfold! 🌈💕
I truly love and cherish you all from the depths of my heart. ❤️
